Community Health Centers Inc. Receives National Recognition for Fourth Consecutive Year | West Orange Times & Observer

A Central Florida-based organization recently received national recognition.

Community Health Centers Inc. was named a 2021 Best and Brightest Company to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources.

The Best and Brightest program offers the business community the opportunity to be recognized, showcase their best practices, and demonstrate why each would be a great place to work for employees.

CHC President and CEO Debra Andree said the company was honored to receive the award.

“Our team members, our management team and the Community Health Center Board of Directors are proud of this recognition,” said Andrée. “This national competition identifies and honors companies that demonstrate exceptional human resources practices and an impressive commitment to their team members. We have 550 cheerful and determined team members who provide quality and compassionate primary health care services to the diverse communities of Central Florida. »

According to NABR, the 2021 national winning companies were evaluated by an independent research firm that looked at several key metrics against other nationally recognized winners.

Part of the evaluation included a confidential survey that was sent to CSC team members. Key metrics included topics such as compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement and retention.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized nationally with such a prestigious award that distinguishes employers from a wide range of industries. We value every team member and strive to provide quality programs to support them so they can focus on our mission,” said Cheryl Viadero, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of CHC.

The winners of the best and brightest companies to work for will be honored at the Illuminate Business Summit virtual week in January 2022.

National Best and Brightest winners honored 167 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,500 nominations.
