Community Health Centers was recently named one of the best and brightest companies to work for in 2021 for the fourth consecutive year by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

With offices throughout Central Florida, including Apopka, CHC is a federally licensed health center, provides quality, compassionate primary health care services to insured, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved children and adults in Central Florida. With more than 550 team members, the CHC provides care to nearly 70,000 patients each year

The 2021 National Winners were evaluated by an independent research firm that looked at several key metrics against other nationally recognized winners. Part of the evaluation included a confidential survey that was sent to Community Health Centers, Inc. team members. Key metrics included: compensation, benefits and employee solutions; Enrichment, engagement and retention of employees; Employee training and development; Recruitment, selection and orientation; Achievement and recognition of employees; Communication and shared vision; Diversity and Inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic business performance.

Winners of the nation’s brightest and brightest companies to work for will be honored at the Illuminate Business Summit virtual week in January 2022. The nation’s brightest and brightest winners honored 167 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,500 nominations.

During the Illuminate Business Summit, the top 101 national winning companies will be recognized. Elite Awards will be given to top-rated companies that have demonstrated outstanding and innovative human resource practices and set high standards for all businesses.

The Best and Brightest program offers the business community the opportunity to be recognized, showcase their best practices, and demonstrate why each would be a great place to work for employees.
