With all of that having been said and now out of the way, it is important to note that there is a rather specific trend that can be observed in this regard. For example, global trends indicate that the average time people sleep is around 11:18 p.m. and they tend to wake up eight hours later.

An average waking time of 7:03 a.m. seems to indicate that most people actually get at least seven to eight hours of sleep. This is in line with health recommendations from various experts and allows the overall sleep score average to be around 77. Finns seem to sleep the most, but this year they have been displaced by Belgium to the number one spot. .

As for activity, global FitBit users walked 46 trillion accumulated steps in 2021. That’s about 22 million miles, with May 14 being the day people tend to take the most steps. . Hong Kong users seem to be the most active since their average step count was higher than virtually anywhere else in the world, all things considered and accounted for.
