Nexion Health Centers Win Pinnacle Quality Insights Awards for Customer Satisfaction

SYKESVILLE, Md., February 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Nexion Health, Inc., a leading skilled nurse operator serving the southern region of United Statestoday announced that 21 of its rehabilitation and healthcare centers have received the 2022 Customer Experience Awards from Pinnacle Quality Insights™.

Pinnacle Quality Insights helps companies like Nexion Health improve their resident experience through customer and employee survey platforms. Guest experience awards ensure that every resident receives exceptional care from providers. With a focus on long-term and post-acute care, Pinnacle Quality Insight conducts thousands of resident and family member surveys monthly to compile comprehensive reviews. Only the centers among the 2,700 PQI care providers in the 85^and percentile or higher for an average of 12 months receive the award.
