Psych Associates of Md. merger forms Bloom Health Centers

Towson-based Psych Associates of Maryland (PAM) and Comprehensive Behavioral Health (CBH) announced Tuesday that the two organizations have merged to form Bloom Health Centers (Bloom), a leading provider of multidisciplinary mental health treatment.

Harnessing the power of a unique care team model, combined with proprietary technology and advanced therapies, Bloom’s goal is to provide better access to care and better outcomes for patients and communities.

PAM and CBH share a common mission and vision: to create a world where no one feels alone by providing patients with comprehensive, integrated and networked mental health services through a collaborative care team model. This joining of forces dramatically expands the reach of each organization, doubling the physical footprint and provider base, which in turn can dramatically improve access to quality care for patients across the Central Region. ‘Atlantic.

Our shared missions and our desire to transform the face of mental health services and treatment made us a perfect partner.

Under Dr. Neel Nene’s leadership, CBH has grown rapidly, providing a full continuum of mental health services. These services include psychiatry, psychotherapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and Spravato (esketamine) therapy on an outpatient and inpatient basis.
